Since the Corona pandemic, we've been spending a lot of time in the home office and on video calls. In the long run, this can become quite exhausting and monotonous.
In a 3-hour online seminar, my colleague Vanessa Giese and I gave suggestions on how to make even a Zoom or MS Teams meeting interesting and rich in variety. We tried out many of our ideas right away with our participants. Examples were: Answering questions by lining up on a virtual scale, drawing answers on a digital whiteboard and making that visible to everyone, compliment showers, working in small groups via breakout sessions, and more.
