13.3.2020: Open Seminar “Creating an Innovation Culture”, Domain Gnadenthal, near Wiesbaden

Also in 2020, I will once again hold an open seminar for all those with a passion for innovation. As in the previous years, the seminar will be held at the premises of the Monastery of Gnadenthal in Hünfelden which, due to its truly special atmosphere, provides an excellent framework for indulging in exciting themes.

This seminar is dedicated to leaders, entrepreneurs and anyone who is willing to break old habits. In times of disruption and an unbelievable pace of change, leaders have to act differently than in times when management and administration were the principal roles.

This seminar is about understanding

  • why we have to facilitate innovation
  • the special features of innovation
  • which working methods advance innovation and why
  • how we can design innovation programs to empower employees in a targeted manner to create innovations
  • how we can measure the success of our innovation activities
  • the major success factors for such innovation programs and how leaders can contribute

The aim of the workshop is to hold intense discussions about innovation and which breeding ground is needed for innovation to flourish. This will be reinforced by the exchange between participants. The seminar also raises awareness that not every single idea that looks promising in the beginning will eventually become an innovation. It is more about learning to apply a consistent approach that provides tools to decide where and when investments can be made efficiently. This is what it’s all about: our innovation budget must be employed in an efficient and targeted way.

This seminar will be held as a 1-day workshop on March 13, 2020 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please register for this workshop by sending an email to andrea.schmitt@innovationstrainerin.de. The participation fee is €269 (plus VAT) and includes meals/beverages and workshop materials.
