We prefer it when everything runs harmoniously—whether in the family or at work. But if we’re honest and think back to the last or second-to-last conflict, we often find that the solutions that emerged from those conflicts were usually quite good.

In this webinar, we will explore the following questions:

What is the positive side of conflicts?
What insights do conflicts provide us? What do they tell us?
How can we use conflicts to generate good ideas and solutions?
How can we intentionally fuel conflicts?
How can we calm them down again?

Format: In this webinar, brief inputs from me will alternate with interactive small group work for the participants. The number of participants is limited to 15.
