Open Seminar: More Serenity in Everyday Life - Boosting Your Resilience
This year’s seminar on April 4th, 2025, held at the beautiful Gnadenthal Monastery, was dedicated to the topic of stress and how we can better manage it in our daily lives.
Four very interested and well-informed participants accepted my invitation.
We began by exploring the “Stress Traffic Light” model (described by Gert Kaluza in his book on stress competence: Recognize, Understand, Overcome Stress). After that, we engaged in some introspection and examined our personal stress intensifiers, such as inner drivers and deeply rooted beliefs.
The afternoon was fully dedicated to strategies for coping with stress and enhancing our personal resilience.
Things became hands-on with a bamboo exercise, a guided meditation, and a progressive muscle relaxation sequence.
Since the day was especially focused on calmness and self-care, we made sure to take plenty of time for coffee breaks, lunch, and a long walk.
I offer open seminars several times per year on the following topics: Agile Working, Innovation, Business Model Design, Value Proposition Design, Lean Startup, Modern Leadership and Cultural Change.
