Open Seminar “Business Model Innovation” in Hahnstätten
On June 20, 2015, I held an interactive 1-day workshop on state-of-the-art innovation methods at Kreml-Kulturhaus (close to Limburg/Lahn, Germany). The participants (entrepreneurs, self-employed persons, innovators, and interested parties) were made familiar with methods to generate product and business model innovation. All participants felt inspired by this 1-day workshop.
One focus of the workshop was on concepts such as 'jobs-to-be-done' which help to better understand customer needs. Another aspect was the Business Model Canvas method, which allows an organization to visualize, evaluate, or redesign its own business model. This tool strongly supports the internal power to innovate. This is particularly important in a time when entire industries are reinventing themselves in very short cycles or a new business model from Silicon Valley comes to us every day.
I offer open seminars several times per year on the following topics: Agile Working, Innovation, Business Model Design, Value Proposition Design, Lean Startup, Modern Leadership and Cultural Change.
