External circumstances, such as technological progress and social changes, require companies to be fast, flexible and highly adaptable. At the same time, everything is connected to everything else. It is a big challenge to manage dependencies. How do I win over the staff in such a context? What must leadership accomplish? How do I ensure certainty in the midst of uncertainty? How do I make decisions?

Leading in dynamic contexts also means to enhance the motivation of employees as good as possible, to empower them to use their own mind and to contribute all their skills – because you never know what skills are needed next.
