Seminar: Agile Working according to Scrum

Transparency, closeness to the customer, short cycles for implementing customer needs, and employees working independently – that’s the future. Agile Working according to Scrum starts right there. In this training, you will learn what Scrum exactly is, which roles are used to work based on Scrum, and how work can be structured in form of a backlog.

Your benefit

You will become familiar with all the terms used under the Scrum Framework and will be able to apply them properly. You will understand the approach underlying Agile Working and which values are used under Scrum.
